The 50 volts were not reaching the handle switch solenoid. Faulty micro switch on the handle release assembly. It is usually the middle one of three in behind the hopper. There are two Molex plugs on the door – this is the lower one. Follow the orange (common) wire going from the coin lockout coil to the white plastic Molex plug on the door.
